Whichever you pick, a person reads it. For an Italian address, a photograph of the street and the entrance is worth more than any amount of description.

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm UK time. Saturdays, 9am to 2pm. Italy runs an hour ahead, which matters if you are already out there — early afternoon your time is the easiest window to catch somebody here.
Messages left outside those hours are picked up the next working morning. If a move is imminent and something has gone wrong, say so in the subject line and it goes to the top of the pile.
Where we collect
Anywhere in the United Kingdom. There is no collection radius on this corridor — the vehicle comes to you, and once it is heading for the Channel the journey is the same wherever it started. Our registered details appear on every written quote.
Surveys are done at your property or by video walk-round, so there is rarely a reason to visit us.
